If you have well-working equipment you can probably donate it to a "free clinic" (always desperate for supplies) or other health facility (and get a tax deduction).
If the supplies are unopened or sterile, you can also donate them. Left over medicines should be disposed of properly; you can usually turn them into your pharmacy for proper disposal.
