No cancer is contagious.
Cancer does not spread from person-to-person like an infectious disease. Some cancer risks can be inherited from one family member to the other, other cancers can be 'clustered' amongst people who live close to one another due to common cancer-causing agents, but it is never spread directly through contact.

Pancreatic cancer is not contagious and most cancers are not. However some cancers are caused by human papilloma virus, the virus that causes genital warts and this virus can also cause cervical cancer, anal cancer and so although the cancers are not technically contagious, the virus that causes them is.
