Eat a diet

to nourish your skin from the inside out.
(fatty fish like salmon, halibut and sardines, walnuts, flax seeds, yellow and orange fruits and veges, and chocolate!) long showers and baths can dehydrate skin! use moisturizers (and or olive oil) and gentle cleansers. Exfoliate with yogurt, and drink plenty of water!
