In brief: Many

Sleep apnea is the commonest.
Nighmares, night terrors, sleep paralysis, sleep walking, insomnia. Most are associated with rem sleep and some are obviously observed. A sleep laboratory can make a diagnosis of "mystery" cases. Sudden infant death syndrome (sids) is a sleep disorder and there are ocassionally symptoms that may predict it as a possibility.
