In brief: Yes
Liver cancer, can be cured with liver transplant.
No other modalities are curative, just palliative. Palliative therapies include cryablation, chemoembolization and nexavar (sorafenib).

Most liver cancers are too advanced at time of diagnosis to be candidates for liver transplant, however. Only early liver cancer qualifies, thus the need for screening

And this applies mostly only to primary liver cancer. The vast majority of secondary (metastatic) liver cancers are not amenable to transplant. They are also the most common form of liver cancer, unfortunately

In brief: No
The position of the medical board in ohio is that cancer is not curable.
It can, however, be placed into remission, which means that there is no detectable evidence of cancer. With that in mind, there are many approaches to liver cancer, both standard and holistic. I suggest you research both of these areas in regards to outcome, expense, and other factors.

In brief: Yes
Liver cancer (or hcc) is curable with a liver transplant and in some cases with a partial liver resection surgery (hepatectomy).
