In brief: OTC supplements

There is no best otc supplement that works universally for anxiety, depression and sleep.
You could consider taking vitamin d, omega 3, and magnesium. 5-htp and st. John's wort may help some people with depression. Kava may help relieve anxiety. Melatonin in low doses 1-3mg may help relieve insomnia. Check with your doctor first. We cannot guarantee the safety of otc supplements.

In brief: Depends

For anxiety, cognitive behavior therapy is best.
Not too many studies on otcs, maybe some for valerian. For depression, it depends on severity, but st. John's wort has shown some efficacy for milder depressions (but beware its effects on your liver). For insomnia by itself, otcs like melatonin, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (and other antihistamines) are helpful. Of course it is best to consult with your provider.
