Wanted to know if all deaf people use hearing aids to some degree?

Deaf & Hearing Aids. Greetings. Unfortunately not every person with hearing loss will benefit from hearing aids. Some people with profound hearing loss will not hear anything despite any hearing aid. A cochlear implant is sometimes an option. I hope this helps.
