Possibilities. A 14 month old with acne would be very unusual. An infant with acne in the first 6 months of life is more common, and most often facial in location. I would have a dermatologist look at your baby to make the correct diagnosis.
Time. If indeed it is infant acne, it should resolve on its own. At 14 months of age it may not be this. In general, bathing 2-3 times a week or less, using non-comedogenic (not acne-forming) lotions like aveeno, (oatmeal) cetaphil, lubriderm, eucerin, can help. Evaluation by a medical professional could help better define what is being seen and treated.
