It's good for you.
In fact, if you're working out and feeling okay at age 68 with a creatinine of 1.49, I seriously doubt you have anything wrong with your kidneys beyond a bit of age-related wear-and-tear, or any reason to be concerned. When I was lifting daily as a young doctor, my creatinine ran 1.6-1.7. Hit the gym and treasure the time there.
