In brief: Be SMART
I had a talk about this & following thru with ideas.
She (vp and head of hr at major company) told me be smart. What? Make a very specific goal. Make it easily measurable. Make it easily attainable. Be realistic about the goal. Then set time limit: timebound. Life's a process of dropping piled up baggage, filtering out the noise around us, focusing on one small problem at a time & doing it-:)).

The last 2 words are very important. Time is wasted by many people who are trying to decide what they should decide. Make a decision with the above process, remember failure is a better teacher than success. Learning leads to maturity, so even failure can improve your life. Those around you usually adjust no matter what decision you make. Go away if you are trolling with a tongue-in-cheek question
