Does eating coconut oil or drinking coconut water prevent kidney stones?

Not sure. I haven't come across any study that shows prevention of kidney stones with above. If you are having recurrent stones, will need to make sure that your serum calcium level is not high. Certain dietary changes can reduce kidney stones formation, including drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day at least, avoid sugary drinks and weight gain. Talk to your doctor regarding medication for kidney stones.
