In brief: 1-2 weeks

Tofranil (imipramine) or Imipramine is an old tricyclic antidepressant.
You get two types of withdrawal, anticholinergic which can cause sleep problems and diarrhea on withdrawal, and antidepressant withdrawal which is dizziness and flu-like symptoms. They are usually mild. If the symptoms are lasting longer than two weeks or worsen i would suspect a return of the underlying condition eg depression.
