In brief: Here are some ...

First, make sure of no UTI & being able to empty bladder.
Second, do: eat, enjoy, & control foods; practice quality mental/physical exercise without overindulgence/obsession; sleep sound & well for 6-8 hrs daily; meditate to reinforce spiritual & physical connection; follow reasonable available medical advice. Take this as the backbone of healthcare. So, see Doc timely to consolidate what you need

Also try limiting caffeinated drinks in the evening and do most of your fluid in take during the day, last fluids around 6-7 pm and empty your bladder prior to going to bed. Try this, if it persist see your doctor.

But, Universal Healthy Lifestyle without overindulgence & obsession as foundation of healthcare & key to longevity should always precede drugs & surgery. More detail on the subject?
