I don't have diabetes but sometimes after I eat my blood sugar still tends to stay low. How do I raise my blood sugar without eating?

In brief: Good beta cells

If your insulin-producing beta cells are working well, the Insulin gets squirted out very quickly with a meal and your glucose may not go up much at all.
This is good. Congratulations.

In brief: Misinformed?

First you should not be testing your blood sugar.
It is a meaningless exercise that has no mental health or physical health benefits if you do not have diabetes. Second you do not want a raised blood sugar. You want your body to maintain and regulate a low blood sugar at all times. This is what being health and not diabetic means.
