Yes, but a urine pregnancy test cannot differentiate an ectopic pregnancy test form a normal one, it can just determine if you are pregnant or not (qualitative). However, serial (repeated) quantitative serum (blood) bHCG tests that do not ~ double every two days, is highly suggestive of a possible ectopic pregnancy.
