How to know if I have early signs/symptoms of breast cancer?

Get a Mammogram. The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends getting a baseline mamogram by age 40. Please see your physician for a breast check and bilateral mammograms. Breast cancer is usually silent with no signs/symptoms. Some women do have a palpable lump which is often not painful.
