My daughter has piebaldism so can she get the birth marks tattooed over?

In brief: Yes, but...
Most people with piebaldism live with the white spots, but if they are in embarrassing places or otherwise cosmetically unacceptable, they can be tattooed the color of normal skin.
Keep in mind, though, that every time your daughter gets a suntan, the normal skin will tan but the tattooed skin will not. If she is a child, i would let her make this decision - when she is older.
