In brief: Depends on cause

May be as simple as light tinted or glare coated glasses.
If dry eyes or cataract are causes, then meds or surgery will be helpful.

In brief: Night glare

Night glare most commonly due to uncorrected refractive error (ie need new glasses), or early cataract (if severe, cataract surgery is needed).
Be sure you are eating plenty of green leafy veggies & veggies in general as lack of nutrients can cause night vision issues. Tinted glasses/sunglasses may help in some cases. See eyMD.
