Had pulp fillings on 2 upper teeth 2 weeks ago. Have ear pain, headache, jaw and neck pain, pain on upper and bottom teeth on that same side. Is it TMJ..

Could be. Might also be due to an infection from the recent root canal treatment,or a compilation of both, have your dentist examine you for both.
Possibly. But can also be that the filling in one or both teeth is too high, that one or both teeth are still infected, that you have problem with adjacent or opposite teeth, that you have a sinus problem or an ear problem or a neck/throat problem. Go back to your Dentist for reevaluation.
Personal evaluation. It would be nice if we could examine and accurately diagnose patients over the internet. Unfortunately that is not possible. It sounds like you have more than one issue going on at the same time. You need to see the dentist actually treating you for a proper evaluation and treatment. Feel better soon.
Possible. Sometimes dental treatment can inadvertently cause TMJ problems. As your dentist to evaluate you. If TMJ, see TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
