Can a cervical spine reverse curvature cause pain/numbness/tingling in my left limbs?

Cervical spine. Normal cervical spine has a forward curvature (lordosis). Reversal of cervical lordosis usually means cervical muscle spasm. It may lead to pain with the muscle spasm. The other symptoms described are the result of the underlying problem which also causes the reversal of curvature such as cervical spondylosis or slipped discs.
