In brief: Atypical chest pain

Chest pain with deep breath can be caused by pleurisy (inflammation of the covering of the lung).
Burning sensation in chest can be a symptom of acid reflux. Other heart conditions such as pericarditis (inflammation of the covering of the heart) can also cause these symptoms. Please see you primary care physician for a follow up on this.
