Constant heart burns, right breast pain numbness in arms and constant headache?

Multiple symptoms. May not be related. Heart burn responds to standard GERD precautions, antiacid/proton pump inhibitors.Numbness in fingers in the setting of breast mass raises concern about nerve compression and headache could be benign or related to breast mass. Further evalutions are indicated.
Need breast eval. Heartburn can cause a great deal of symptoms, such as nausea, chest pain, dizziness, arm tingling, sore throat, and abdominal pain. Heartburn is also triggered by anxiety. I suspect that your arm tingling could be due to heartburn or anxiety that is triggering both. Your breast lump is separate, and needs an evaluation by a physician. The headaches may be due to stress or several other factors.
