In brief: Surg, rads, chemo

The standard treatments for cervical cancer include surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.
Whether one gets surgery or radiation and chemotherapy depends predominantly on the stage of the disease.

In brief: Highly treatable and

Curable stage i -iii; surgery in stage i (confined to cx), possibly also !, but will need chemoradiotherapy for most ii-iv.
Iv is mostly incurable, although many will try, and chemotherapy is the cornerstone, usually with radiotherapy, and rarely with pelvic exenterative surgery.
