In brief: Loss lashes uncommon

Many conditions possible, including herpes zoster, leprosy, hiv/aids, malignant eyelid tumors, lupus, scleroderma, and hypothyroidism.
It may occurs via two pathways: scarring and non-scarring, loss of lashes may occur as an isolated finding or together with loss of other body and scalp hair. Blepharitis rarely looses lashes.

Chronic blepharitis.
Rarely sebaceous cell/squamous cell carcinoma. It needs to be checked out.
