Probably one of the following -- alcohol, some medication you're allergic to, hepatitis B or C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, antitrypsin deficiency, being overweight / not exercising.
All are manageable, and all are danger to your life. Don't 'treat a lab value'. Get to the cause. This would be a great time to get trim & fit regardless.
