How quickly does florinef (fludrocortisone) (fludorcortisone) work for dizzy spells?

Depends. Hi. Fludrocortisone doesn't work for all causes of dizzy spells. If it's going to work, you'll know within a few days (may need some fludrocortisone dose titration). Be aware that a risk of fludrocortisone for this purpose is too high BP when you're lying down. Still be cautious going from lying to standing. Good luck!

Normal. You were under a fluid retaining effect of Florinef (fludrocortisone) based on your report of weight gain of 7 pounds and swelling. When you stopped it, the fluid started to get mobilized i.e. Started to leave your body. You need to work with your doctor on replacement of Florinef (fludrocortisone) or using a lower dose.
