In brief: Overuse

It all depends on what you are doing.
I'm going to assume that you are right handed. Perhaps you are doing a new activity that has your muscles fatigued. It could be nerve compression in the neck or in the arm. Ice and nsaid's to start off and see if that helps. If it gets worse or does not improve in a week or two, see your doctor. An unlikely cause is exercise induced compartment syndrome.

In brief: What are you doing?

Are you right handed and what is the activity that is bringing this on? If you are doing repetitive activity then it could something like overuse.
In that case reduce the activity. Consider a consult with a physical therapist to identify any strength/flexibility issues you might have. A pinched nerve in the neck can also cause the sensation of weakness, fatigue pain or all three.
