Most commonly, appetite suppression.
This is generally dose-dependent & for many patients, not a problem. Sleep disruption can occur depending on dose/timing of med. Biggest concern may be irritability-- during or after dose wears off. But all potential side effects should be able to be eliminated, or minimized to the point that they are insignificant. If not, then a new med regimen is in order.

None. But it can cause dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, increased sweating, loss of appetite, nausea, nervousness, stomach pain, trouble sleeping, and weight loss.
