In brief: Colchicine and B12

Although Colchicine is known to cause vitamin B12 depletion, how much B12 to take to prevent this isn't known.
The typical replacement dose for vitamin B12 is 1000 micrograms or 1 mg orally once daily.

In brief: 500mcg sublingual

Sublingual b-12 will absorb the best since Colchicine interferes with intrinsic factor which facilitates absorption of b-12 in the ileum. Be sure to take sufficient 25-oh vit d3 which is also deficient in fmf.
Eating an anti-inflamamtory diet will help as well.
