Can you explain utereroscopy and if it's usually done as a next step for ESWL that didn't work? Would it be one treatment & what is the success rate?

In brief: Endoscopy in ureter

Looking into the urine tube "backwards" from your bladder up towards your kidney (as opposed to "percutaneous nephroureteroscopy" - through your skin into the kidney).
It can be done with a rigid or flexible scope. It is possible to access the kidney in this fashion, but is very time consuming and laborious. Depends on the overall stone burden remaining, or if the stones are stuck somewhere.

In brief: Ask Doc...

Nowadays, the sequence of managing renal or ureteral stones has been much set so ask your treating urologist for your concern.
That will be most beneficial for you and others, instead of fishing or guessing online. Of note, some patients after ESWL require additional procedures to take care of impassable fragments & complications...; so, work with you Doc. Best wish...
