What is the difference between all Diclofenic tablets, such as diclofenic sodium, diclofenic potassium, and etc? Is there one superior for joint pain?

In brief: Diclofenac

It comes either 50mg or 75mg twice a day as needed or a 100mg once a day (longer acting) tab.
They are the same class as ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) and nap rosin (aleve) along with other. You should not take more than one from his class for pain and inflammation. You should not take any if you have a history of stomach ulcers or kidney dz, avoid with heart failure and possibly asthma.

Dr. Basulto is correct! Also, if you have tinnitus (ringing in your ears) and hearing loss, if taking any in this class of drugs (NSAID"s), makes it worse, stop immediately!
