When I eat I get crippling stomach cramps within 10mins which last upto 30mins. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat. I also suffer Achalasia. Any ideas?

In brief: Esophagus

It is probably due to esophageal spasms or food getting stuck in the esophagus likely from your achalasia.
I would let your doctor know as there are procedures they can do to relieve the pain. Also try eating slower and taking smaller bites.

In brief: Cramps

Well- hx of achlasia and crippling cramps triggered by food------ sounds like acid burn.
Try proton pump inhibitor with antacid and Peptobismol. Prostaglandin inhibition might help too! See your GI doc
