Stomach is severely bloated, I feel gassy. What can I use to get rid of this?

Gas. Significant percentage of gas is related to intake. Many adults are lactose intolerant. A "diet dairy" may help to identify specific food triggers for you to avoid. Gluten (wheat) intolerance is another sensitivity. Blood test can assess this. Altered bowel habits (constipation) may give rise to more gas. Although roughage overall is beneficial, many foods (esp vegetables) may increase gas.
