I have very small pimple like bumps on my eye lid and on my left palm. What it could be? They are painless and in small clusters. Been there for months

See ophthalmologist. Bumps on the eyelid are usually an infection in a gland of the eyelid and are called a stye or hordeolum which can be external or internal. A chronic form of this is known as a chalazion. Small benign growths such as papillomas or other types of infection can occur in the eyelid. I would see an ophthalmologist to clarify the diagnosis and get treatment.
