Body aches horrible headache nausea no energy hurts to even took myself everything is sore! Sharp headache ear ache and dizzy vertigo? Any ideas?

Headache, vertigo. Sounds concerning and serious. You are describing a systemic infectious illness that could be viral, like flu. However the ear ache and vertigo in addition to headache is very worrisome for a bacterial ear infection with 'complications.' Those potential complications are beyond this post, but need to be examined ASAP in urgent care or even better in a real ER.

Discovered small lump near/in front of right ear. It's painful and swollen. Causing headaches, eye/ear ache, and dizziness. What could it be?

Lymph node. You may have a small swollen lymph gland...minor infection. If it becomes hard and immobile then, I'd have it checked out. You may just try placing something cold on it to see if the swelling would go down. You may feel better. You may also end up with a sore throat or some other pharyngeal type of infection. Z-pack didn't work! Sounds like you may have a viral infection (which would not respond to an antibiotic). What were your symptoms when this all started? Have those symptoms resolved and these are new? Or did you just not get better? Diarrhea could be from the z-pack. The rest is consistent with viral upper respiratory infection. Go to your doctor or urgent care for recheck. Read more...
