Head tingling, left arm tingling chest infection?

See a doctor. Although you are only 25 yo the "tingling" suggests that this is either from the cervical spine or possibly as a result of referred pain from a focus in the thorax. This should be checked by a professional. Make a list of all your symptoms and their temporal relationship to each other and take it with you to the doctor. Good luck.

Doubt heart disease. Stranger things have happened, but given ur age, I doubt u have heart disease (i.e., cholesterol build-up). Perhaps an old injury to ur neck or spine or shoulder cd be playing a role (play any sports?); alternately, a neurologic or inflammatory condition cd cause it. U shd c a doctor & relay ur symptoms. Keep a log of when & where u get pain, what u r doing, how long it lasts - it'll help w/ cause. Read more...

Cardiac Enzymes? With the tests done that you are reporting the only thing I'd like to know to really take your symptoms out of the territory of the heart would be cardiac enzymes and the results of a 12 lead EKG. If those 2 things are normal then, any ongoing symptoms of left arm sensations would be extremely unlikely to be related to cardiac ischemia...especially if it is ongoing, 24/7 as opposed to episodic. Left arm/neck/shoulder still tingling, painful, mild numbness. 4 days. Tingling now in my left face and left chest. Thoughts? Waiting on neuro reply.

Neurologist. If you can't obtain an appointment with a neurologist during these symptoms, you should go to the hospital emergency room where you will get prompt evaluation and testing including a brain ct scan or mri and a neurologist will be called in for consultation. I would be concerned about right sided cerebral cortical pathology such as a vascular blockage or a demyelinating process like multiple scler. Read more...
