It could be cluster of symptoms from a condition or they could be separate problemssome cancer-either blood or solid cancer-like kidney cancer- can give you the above symptoms-however other causes-eg- infection/vasculitis/autoimmune should be considered too.
Not likely. Although anemia is a sign of some cancers, like colon cancer, other things can do this. This collection of signs and symptoms seems like some sort of infection and/or an allergic reaction. I would advise a visit to your doctor as soon as possible, and get a careful physical exam to make sure nothing acute is going on, like possibly appendicitis, which can have high neutrophils.
