In brief: Not good

This is not good long term due to tolerance and dependency.
Unfortuantely also related to the long half life, there are residual daytime concerns. The sleep that is produced is also n2 and deeper sleep is suppressed. I try not to use unless there are other reasons to use this class of medication.
