I wouldn't. Your body needs some recovery time between sessions, and I'm not sure that 1 is sufficient. Ask the person doing your treatments or get a second opinion from another provider.
Rolfing. If you are a bonafide masochist - then this might be a good idea. I am only joking but it underscores my point. Although I like rolfing - it has always been painful. Your tissues do need to heal in between treatments. I beleive that every other day rolfing is excessive. See below:.
