Any one experienced mild shortness of breath after intubation?

Depends why! Nobody gets intubated without a reason. Was it for surgery? Abdominal surgery can compress the lung bases, which then must reexpand. There are many reasons for shortness of breath. Intubation is done to support ventilation and treat inability to breathe; it does not cause shortness of breath. Muscle relaxants used during surgery may cause mild shortness of breath while wearing off.
