In brief: Depends

Primarily with chemotherapy.
There are several variables that predict a favorable profile. If favorable, chemotherapy alone is appropriate based on new data recently published in the new england journal of medicine. However, the guidelines suggest a combined approach with chemo and radiation. Also depends on age, sex, other comorbidities. Hope this helps.

In brief: Hodgkin's lymphoma

Hodgkin's lymphoma in general is very responsive to chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
Treatment will depend on the stage of disease, other prognostic factors- age, blood work level, biology of cancer, overall health condition etc. Standard of care is for combination chemo and radiation therapy- however for selective cases, chemo can be used single modality. See more: www.Lls.Org, www.Cancer.Net.

In brief: Chemotherapy+/-rad

Most patients receive chemotherapy with four drugs that have the initials ABVD every two weeks for a total of six months.
Some patients who have disease in only one or two locations will receive if you were doses of this treatment. In some patients radiation therapy is considered
