Casual sex is not usually pleasurable for most women.
I believe this is the biggest factor. If you are married or in a committed relationship, many hormonal factors exist. Talk to your pcp, ob/gyn specialast, and psychiatrist, in that order.

Agree with Dr Namey but other, non-psychological causes should be considered such as pelvic or lumbar spinal conditions resulting in compression of nerves (usually S3-4-5). Psychological causation of this syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion.
