How do they remove an enhaled object in lung?

Bronchoscopy. A scope is inserted into the airways to visualize the object, then it is removed by one of a variety of techniques.
Snare or scope. Rigid or flexible scopes can peer into your airway ("bronchoscope") and tools can be passed down to retrieve foreign bodies. It can be an outpatient procedure. Largely painless and mostly done with mild sedation.
