What do you recommend if I had a lower back pain for 6 months?

In brief: Visit your doctor!

Back pain longer than 6 months has become chronic.
It needs to be evaluated by your doctor before it gets even worse. It could be as simple as a lumbar strain, sacroilitis, facet syndrome, or even disk arthritis or bulge. Find a doctor who performs 'trigger point injections' and sacroiliac ligament injections. If not improved with this, an MRI could be ordered. Chiropractic could also help.
