In brief: Not specifically
All radiation exposure raises your cancer risk- but is not isolated to brain cancer.

In brief: It is not the focus
Of my practice, but I am very interested because my father died of it in 1983.
I have never seen a case with single or multiple exposures of diagnostic studies leading to adult cancer. On the other hand, I have seen survivors of leukemia that got moderate therapeutic range dose that later developed brain tumors. Your risk is low, but not zero.
