In brief: F/u w/ your gyne
A gynecologist can do a colposcopy.
Follow up with your gynecologist. If she/he thinks that you need to be seen by a gynecology oncologist-she/he will refer you to see one.

Gynecology - Oncology
In brief: Maybe but not always
If the results are negative (maybe inflammation only) or "low grade" very early pre-cancer is found, these can be treated by ObGyn.
Even those that are moderate to severe dysplasia (all pre-cancer) can be treated by ObGyn. However, if there is any question or doubt at any point, or if invasive cancer is diagnosed on biopsy then a gyn oncologist should be seen at least for a second opinion.

Gynecology
In brief: Not always
Colposcopy is fairly general and therefore, general ob/gyns can perform it and if there is a bonafide malignancy, they can be referred to a gynecologic oncologist for a consultation.
