This sounds like a very serious headache.
You need to be evaluated by a physician right away. This could be many things of course but at 40 weeks of pregnancy you could also be having a complication of pregnancy requiring emergent evaluation and potentailly emergent treatment. Get someone to take you to the neareast ER right away.
