Monitor eating. Monitor eating and ways you eat. College is stressful -- do you use eating as coping mechanism? Learn stress -management techniques to help you deal with stress in more adaptive ways. Also, you can ask for help in college counseling center, etc. Just be open to receiving help when needed. Good luck!
BE CONSISTENT IN A. Positive way with diet and exercise. Stay up to date on the latest nutritional information and do some form of aerobic exercise daily. You will do just fine.
