Was working outside all day very sore and tired with headache. Now I'm resting and my heart rate is high and Don't feel good! Any ideas?

Dehydrated. You probably are dehydrated and have heat illness. Stay in a cool room, drink LOTS of water. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for achenes. If you don't feel better by tomorrow or if you start vomiting or chilling, see a doctor.
