In brief: CP and IQ

People with cerebral palsy can have normal intelligence.
About 70% have some intellectual disability, but that means that 30% have a normal iq.

In brief: Yes

A person with CP may have learning problems and lower intelligence quotient (iq).
I say may because many people with CP have completely normal and even superior iqs. It really all depends on what area of the brain was damaged that caused the cp. I have patients with CP who i believe are smarter than i am. They are incredibly creative and productive people.
